Click on the mobile icon for the Responsive view. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/responsive-controls/

Then, either remove the column gap or any left padding if any for the Grid and grid columns.

Thank you. Setting the horizontal gap for the Grid block to 0 solved it. It would be nice if the change was also visible in the editor before updating, but that might be a theme/Gutenberg issue.
