I’m trying to create a primary menu for artrelish.com. I can go into the customizer and set up the menu, but clicking ‘save and publish’ does not do anything. The wheel turns a bit, then back to ‘save and publish’. Changes are not saved.

I have signed out and back in, and can update anything else on the site, just not the customizer.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

I’ve now checked “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” and was able to save. Then I created a new About page and published it.

It does not appear in the menu, and the customizer menu still won’t save by manually adding pages.

    Can anyone help?

    thanks

Now, after admin login, the pages show up in Customizer as if they have been saved, but not on the site. I still can’t save, just get “save & publish” button over and over, never “saved”.

Anyone? Am I the only one with this problem? The Customizer eventually worked, once, for one page link. Now, same result, clicking Save and Publish does nothing.

WP 4.3.1 – I have the same problem with the few themes I’ve tried(2012, Responsive) Menus created/edited in Customizer look OK in its own window… but do not appear on the site. When I close the Customizer the menus created there just completely disappear without a track. It appears to be a WP/Customizer bug.
Fortunately creating menus from the Appearance->Menus still works fine. You can try it.

Thanks, I’ll give that a shot.

Did the Appearance->Menus worked for you?

It did, thanks for your help!
