Gathering Data Issue

Hi @fatmaa09 thanks for getting in touch. I’d be happy to help look at this for you. Please note that if the Analytics property you connected doesn’t have data yet, you’ll see a notice within the Site Kit dashboard that Analytics is gathering data. It usually takes a day or two before data is available from your Analytics account.

If you are still having troubles I can check your setup to see if anything stands out and check to see if I can see the tag firing on your site. Please could you share your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??

I can then let you know if I see anything that needs fixing or adjusting and provide some advice if needed.

Thank you for your quick response and for offering to help. I understand that it may take some time for the data to show up in the Site Kit dashboard. However, I’ve tested the site and it’s been a while, but the tag still doesn’t seem to be firing in Google Analytics.

I’ve filled out the form with the Site Health information, so please feel free to check if anything stands out in my setup. Sorry, I’m a bit stressed since this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and it’s important to get this task done as soon as possible for my boss.

I appreciate any advice you can provide to help resolve this quickly.

@fatmaa09 No problem at all, I’m more than happy to help. My initial check shows that I can see your Analytics tag firing when checking on https://tagassistant.google.com/. Do you see the same?

It also looks like Site Kit is placing the required Analytics code snippet and that all looks good to me. So everything looks as it should from a Site Kit and Analytics perspective. It may just be a case of waiting a little longer for the data to come through.

Is there anything else you have concerns about or need some advice/assistance with?

Since the tag seems to be working, I’ll keep an eye on the data and give it a little more time to come through. Hopefully, it’s just a matter of waiting. I’m feeling more reassured now that you’ve confirmed everything is set up correctly.
