Gateway weight or order

I’ll check out with the EMP plugin how the order is determined, and see if it can be changed. This would be handy for our own site as well.

Unfortunately this is not possible at this point of time, as the events manager pro plugin provides no way to manipulate the order of the active gateways when displaying them on the form. I’ve provided a patch to the developers as a suggestion to implement this feature, if they apply it then I’ll update my plugin to handle it.

For now, I’m swapping the order via jQuery. It’ll have to work for now.
