Gateway timeout 504

Hi,
When I click update product after minute or more I get 504 error gateway timeout. I can’t also deactivate other plugins when WC is active. I checked all plugins by switching off one by one. I changed layout, tried older version of WC, I have WP classic editor. My current theme based on Divi. In status check WC shows Apache server but I’m sure that my hosting using nginx.
