Gateway Time-out

    I have purchased the premium thinking that the error was being caused by the fact I had more than one user to import. I am still getting this error when I try to import.

    Gateway Time-out

    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

    It is only import part of the data.

    Since the Joomla site is on a different server, I imported the sql database from the joomla site into the WP database as instructed. The setup and database connection is good. It is only when I run the actual import that I get this error.

    please help.
