it seems that the link to checkout via afterpay has been edited and I don’t know how to fix it. If you remove the /wordpressBOO from the url it works fine and payments go through. How can i change it so it is permanently removed from the link so customers don’t have an issue

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi toniallan,

    Thank you for your message.

The Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin uses WordPress’s get_site_url function to determine the Website URL. This core function applies the following filters:

    • “site_url”

It’s possible that a third-party plugin is manipulating this URL in certain conditions. Please try disabling all non-essential plugins.

If you would like to request a member of the support team to provide further assistance in troubleshooting this individual case with you, please create a support ticket here:

    Thank you.

I have disabled all plugins except woocommerce and afterpay the problem is still there. I changed my theme as thought that could be the issue but the problem is still there. I’ve had afterpay australia technicians working on it for over 4 weeks and they are stumped too. Is there a snippet out there that will make the gateway use the home_url as it seems the site_url could be the issue

    Hi Toni,

Thanks for following up. Using the access provided in the separate support thread it’s clear to see that the “WordPress Address” defined in “Settings > General” contains the “/wordpressBOO” path. This is the actual installation address for WordPress and probably cannot be changed without moving the entire site outside of the subdirectory.

Thanks for suggesting home_url. The team will attempt to modify your instance of the plugin to use get_home_url instead of get_site_url. This will be considered for inclusion in a subsequent official release.

Further support will be provided in the parallel thread.

    Thank you.
