gateway name displays "(no title)"

After enabling the remita woocommerce plugin, in the Payment Gateways settings, the title for the plugin just displays “(no title)”. It also has no description when I click on the remita tab. I’ve deactivated, deleted and reinstalled both woocommerce and the plugin, but problem persists. I tried using the plugin in test mode anyway, but during checkout, there’s no option to select payment option where you normally get option to select mastercard, visa etc. It just shows the remita payment option image. Ok, I still go on and checkout. But after a successful transaction with the demo verve accts, I still get a transacion wasn’t successful notification when redirected to my site. with Reason: and Remita Retrieval Reference: all BLANK.
