Gateway methods display

Hi,

There is almost another issue that I hope you will have a workaround for in the next update!
The main problem is that in woocommerce payments, when we enable the Pronamic – Credit Card option, it displays all the methods. While we do not use AMEX and Maestro! (So maybe an option or hook help us to prevent this problem.)
