I will solve it by canceling the order and for the client to ask for it again if the payment method fails.

The order pay cannot be updated, I don’t know if it’s woocommerce or plugin theme.

Yes, you are right. The feature for pay for the order endpoint has been fixed with the Pro version of the plugin. We shall be working on this feature in the lite version as well but it might take some time.

So, if you want to have this feature on your site now then I recommend you to use the Pro version of the plugin. Also, if the pay for order endpoint will work with the Pro version, then your custom code should work for the user roles.

Can you tell me if the plugin allows me to assign Credit Card Gateway Percentage Fee to specific user roles?

If it doesn’t, can I install the plugin (pro version) and use my snippet to solve my problem? Will my snippet still work on the pay for the order endpoint if the plugin is active but not used?

Our plugin will allow you to enter the credit card gateway fees for the specific user roles.

That’s great. If you plugin can assign fees to specific user roles as my snippet then there’s no need for the snippet. I can just use your plugin to resolve both issues.

I am sorry, I wrote the wrong statement. Our plugin will not allow you to enter the credit card gateway fees for the specific user roles.

However, our developer will check your snippet which you have shared with us to see whether it will work or not to achieve your requirement and I will get back to you with an update once I hear from them.
