    Hi there,

I am using up to date versions of WP, Woo, and this plugin.

On a successful credit card checkout (using payflow) I am getting a “Gateway Error” shown at the top of my checkout page. The transaction goes through, but it does not show as successful on the website. If say the credit card details are bad it gives the standard errors, only on a successful transaction does the Gateway Error come up.

If I use a 100% off code and skip the payment method portion the transaction goes through fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, happy to make a donation upon a resolution.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@danielmullalylb, I’m sorry for the trouble, but we are not getting any reports of this from any other users so something specific would be happening in your case, can you share staging site link with sandbox setup for payFlow, so that I can take a look at it?

    Oliver,

I have have so far been unable to find the cause. I have narrowed it down the following error… (Sorry I don’t have a staging site)

I’ve reached out to the support for the theme I use, can’t tell if it’s the theme’s problem or something else.. or both.

    Your help is much appreciated.

I tried enabling the default Twenty Seventeen theme and still get the error.

@danielmullalylb, thanks for the details. We’ll take a closer look to see if we can figure out why you might be seeing this when we are not getting other reports of it, and we can’t reproduce it ourselves.

Can you verify what version of PHP you are running on this site?

    (@danielmullalylb)

    Yes it’s php5.6-fpm

I had a developer take a look at this, and it seems the error is actually coming from the IDT_Woo_Sendy_Subscription_Integration->add_to_sendy_mailer function. Can you try disabling that plugin / functionality to see if the problem goes away?
