Gateway by User Role no longer working?

    We have a client’s site that was launched 2019.
    When it was launched, we had the free version of Booster with a single custom gateway (“Pay on Account”) that was set to only appear for “Account Customers” (regular customers did not see this).

    In the last couple of weeks she has had several regular customers access this custom gateway.
    Having looked at the plugin settings, it seems that the module “Payment Gateway by User Role” is enabled, but the box to enter the correct role is empty and greyed out, and text to say “Upgrade Booster to use this option” is underneath / next to each box.

    Has this setting now been moved behind the paywall?
    If so, why weren’t customers informed?
