I am getting this error on my site

    Gateway Anti-Virus Alert

This request is blocked by the Firewall Gateway Anti-Virus Service. Name: C99Shell.F (Trojan) blocked.

I can’t update menu, URL and cannot add media files or search plugins and themes cause of this. Can some one help me out? I uploaded a plugin which helped me delete “eval” virus but still having this problem.

Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Which plugin are you talking about?

Did you upload a plugin recently?

I could not search for plugins but some how I could upload this plugin Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall . I scanned my website and deleted the threats shown. It was code starting from eval. Deleted one by one from all the possible threat. It didn’t work instantly.I waited for hours trying to figure out. Few hours later when i logged back again it was working perfectly fine.
