Garbled text in tool menu

  • In the tool menu. All the Chinese characters are garbled. You can see it in this image:

    I tried to change all database setting from utf8-general to utf8-unicode but not working.
    How can I solve this?

    Hi @ydcphilip ,
    please ensure that you have installed the latest plugin’s version (9.0.20). We have replicated this issue and its fix was published within our latest update.
