garbled message if clicked from google

guys, i need help. i noticed my visitors are dwindling because of this.
in the screenshot, you will see garbled messaged. this only happens if the visit comes from google.com. if the click is coming from bing.com, or duckduckgo.com, the webpage loads without any issues.
if the visitor came from google, it will see the garbled messages, but if they reload the page, the page displayed correctly.
i use chrome and google = garbled message (first load)
i use chrome and bing = the page loads correctly.
i use chrome and duckduckgo = the page loads correctly.i use edge and google = garbled message (first load).

then click “List Of Mental Health Care Facilities In The Philippines”
the landing page would be https://www.webbline.com/mental-health/
thank you for your suggestion but it didn’t work it.
i’ve noticed, in “chrome + google search engine” i noticed the link in the serp looks like this. is this normal?
but if i use “chrome + bing search” the link url is normal
https://www.webbline.com/budget-hotel/top-5-popular-short-time-motels-in-cebu/
could this be the reason of the garbled page on first load? cause again, if you reload the page, it becomes normal.
