    That’s really odd. Latest version of our plugin is currently active on thousands of websites and none of that faced such issue.

    There might be conflict with some other plugin. Can you enable WordPress debugging? That will display the detailed error message that can help us to understand the issue.

    It will be great if you can give us a chance to help you in dealing with the issue instead of straight forward rating us with 1 star.
