There are missing products or “gaps” in the default shop page, and this happens with nearly every category listing. I don’t know the cause I’ve never had this happen.

This screenshot shows the exact issue, where the row near the bottom has just one thumbnail in the center. Sometimes it’s on the left/right – it’s inadvertent.

Any ideas on a fix? Hoping for a solution – I’ve looked everywhere.

    Hi @webworks,

I checked your site, and your theme apparently overrides the default shop page listing styles for WooCommerce. It seems that the issue you’re experiencing originates from the theme itself.

To fix this issue, you can change the product layouts to 4 columns, or it would be best to contact the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Thanks!

I don’t suppose you know a quick way to make it change to 4 columns? When I change it to 4, it just doesn’t work. I don’t see a theme option to disable it. I’ll definitely reach out to the theme folks – thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction!

    Thank you so much

I think I’ll solve this by using shortcode, where the results are accurate and expected. Thanks again, and if I discover a fix for this issue, I’ll come back and post it.

Well, using shortcodes and a custom shop page didn’t work. We still have gap errors in category links. That’s too much manual ‘fixing’. But I think I’ve actually (finally) pinpointed the issue. Just by shortening the product title, the gap is gone and the table is perfect. If anyone knows a fix-it snippet for it, I’d greatly appreciate the assist.

Editing this duplicate posted in error – (my apologies!)

If anyone does know a way to allow for 4 columns that would be great. Perhaps to override the theme styling to use only woo styling?

    Hi @webworks!

We’re happy to learn you’ve found a way to work around this issue while you reach out to the theme developers for a more definitive fix.

To confirm, you’re using this theme, right? Knowing this can help others who may use the same theme and have faced this issue or maybe others who even fixed it already and share the solution with you.

I’m leaving this thread open for a while just in case any other community member can chip in!
