Gap In Log

    Trying to understand a web site issue I have discovered I have a gap in the SMTP log for around one month: June 8 to July 10.

    Is this because of any update and is there any way to view the missing records as I need to see if a particular email was sent?

    I hope you are doing well.

    It might be because of the plugin deactivation for that particular period of time. Can you please share some more details about that? So we can look into it and get back to you with a solution.

    Apologies for not replying. Unfortunately we do not keep enough of the log and that period disappeared before I could investigate further. I just hope it is all working and it was a “one-off”.
