Gap at top after welcome bar is closed

    After enabling the welcome bar along with the sticky nav, when I scroll down the page after closing the welcome bar, the sticky nav does stick but leaves a gap at the top of the screen. Can you tell me how I can remove that gap or close it.

    It looks like the javascript adds it but doesn’t account for the welcome bar being closed.
