Gamipress, Buddypress & Moderator

I would be more than happy to assist you today.

As I know, there is no role named “moderator”.
Could it be a custom role or a profile type from BuddyBoss and have defined it with the name of “moderator”?
Anyway, GamiPress cannot change user roles or profile types when reaching a rank, but our other plugin called AutomatorWP (https://automatorwp.com).

AutomatorWP allows you to create automations defining triggers and actions, for example:
Trigger
When the user reaches the LtCol rank
Action
Change user role to moderator (or if is a profile type, you can also use the action Change user profile type)
