  • Hello People,

    i am Using GamePress theme on my Website

    i want to know how i can add an image SlideShow on My HomePage

    if we Take a Closer look on the Screenshot Provided by Author there’s a Video and Pictures Slideshow Just Above the Posts

    Please Provide me Assistance How i can Add Videos and Picture Slide Show, (Picture SlideShow is my Priority) on My Home Page Just Above the Posts, Which Looks Like an Integrated Slideshow not a Blog Post,

    For slider settings go to Appereance->Theme Options (more info on slider can be found in readme.txt).
    This theme has also a PRO version, which features responsive design, more info is available here.

    Thanks for Replying Alex.. i will Surely buy Your theme after i get some Money because i spent too much money on Game Servers..

    i found the Slider btw.. but Can You Please tell me how to add images to slider and How to Remove the Text Written Just Below the Image..

    No, there’s no option to add custom slides to slider – slider displays only newest posts or posts from selected category. It uses post title and excerpt for slide description. You could try to remove those with some CSS tinkering.

    thanks for reply.. i undrstand.. can u tell me where i can edit the coding of slider?

    Like adding my own image URL

    File that creates the slides is located in includes/nivo_default.php (or nivo_thumbnails.php if you want slider with thumbs navigation), and JavaScript sits in js/nivo-slider folder. Remember that all changes should be introduced via child theme.
    But if you’re after a custom slides slider I think it would make more sense to find a plugin that does what you want.
