Game Now Theme Options trouble

  • Good Day All,

    I have been contracted to set up a gaming blog for my client. he has purchased the theme GameNow See Link from WPnow.

    The problem I am having is that WPnow says under the Appearance tab in the admin panel there is a theme options link. This is however not the case. I have been in contact on their support forums and all I have been told is that it “works for us” when I continued to press my issue by displaying screen shot after screen shot making a video of me installing the theme. I was told the same “It works for us”. It doesn’t work and upon telling them that their support is poor and that “it works for us” is not support I was banned from their support forums.

    From making use of the search functions here I found people have had the same problem at getting areas of the site to work. Would anyone be able to please tell me how to get into the Theme Options for Game Now. The URL to the Theme Options would be great, or any way to remedy this situation will also be great.

  • this is a paid theme, so I can’t say much about this. But make sure you upload all the files properly, no file is missing..

    I’m actually having the same problem with a brand new WordPress installation and ANY theme. My Dashboard page will not display the Theme Options box at all, so I can’t customize themes or update information.

    I have no plugins installed, and I’ve tried reinstalling WordPress, with no luck – the Theme Options box just doesn’t display.

    Any thoughts?
