@jamesmcwhorter – Were you using a custom template before the update? This may cause the message to appear if you have not replaced it afterward. The WordPress update process will remove *all* files from the plugin folder (including any custom templates) and replace them with the current versions.

There could also be a plugin conflict as well, you may need to check if that is the case too.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

No custom template was being used and we’ve checked for plugin conflicts. Any other ideas?

@jamesmcwhorter – Re-looking at your site it appears you are using a slideshow as your default display in that post and finding this issue by switching to thumbnails and using the pagination navigation to get to “page 2” of the display.

This is a known issue with a recommended work-around of going under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic Thumbnails and setting the number of image per page to zero (0). This will show all thumbnails when the text link is followed thus removing the pagination and the route to the error issue.

You may need to clear your image cache after changing the above setting under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
