Gallerys not visible after upgrade

Dear users,

We would like to kindly inform you that the new updated version of Photo Gallery is available. Please, could you update the Plugin by pressing the Reload list button in WD Manager in order to see the Update button?

@luul although it appears they were working hard to resolve the issue, I found that communication from the support team was rather slow.

Though Support chose to communicate with others and not me, I was the one who started this thread but I didn’t hear anything from them until they re-requested admin access this morning.

Posting a simple download link to an older version here would have minimized the impact of the issue.

This whole incident makes me wish we could just download and save update zip files instead of using WD_Manager. At least we’d have a back-out strategy.

My support didn’t happen straight away – about 16 hours I’d say.

After the update to 1.3.56 everything is working well again. Thank you your help-

Yes with update 1.3.56, Extended Album is showing my Galleries again, but I don’t see titles on the photos page. If I switch to Compact Album, the titles re-appear. Something is still not quite right. I will use Compact Album for now.

We are terribly sorry for all the troubles because of Photo Gallery plugin. We are kindly asking you to do the following:

1. For free version: deactivate/delete the current version of Photo Gallery Plugin and install the older version (1.2.54) from Wordpres.org. Please be informed that you will not lose anything.
2. For Pro version: press on Reload list button on WD Manager and install 2.3.54 version.

Our developers are working on the problems checking.

Pressing Reload does not give the option to install 2.3.54 (using 2.3.55) and no images appear. Even adding a new gallery & generating short code does not work.

Last photo gallery update removed my photo gallery slide show

Same for me using Coraline

Just used the temp fix to reinstall the old version which worked. Can we ask that software releases are tested a bit better please.

Great plug in though, 1st problem ever.

Not sure if its a feature but adding a bit of text to each photo show would be great. I.E saying what the displayed photo is?

I have the exact same problem here. I have the latest WP version, 9.4.9 and for weeks I can’t fix the issue. I’m using the Twenty Seventeen Theme. For several weeks I can’t see any of the thumbnails in my galleries. What should I do? Help please!!!
