Gallery Won’t Show only ‘G’ Camera Icon – Frustrated!

    I am attempting to re-do a Gallery using Photo Gallery by 10web.
    I added my photos, and inserted the gallery on my editor, only to see the
    ‘G’ camera logo where I inserted my Gallery.

    My mission is to create multiple galleries on one page
    then have a PREVIEW IMAGE for each gallery.
    When you click the PREVIEW IMAGE then the gallery should open in a slide show / thumbnails.

    How do I get my galleries to show on my page instead of the camera logo of
    Photo Gallery by 10web?

    Hi,

    Could you please let us know if you use any page Builder Plugin? If yes, please provide the name of that Plugin.

    It is probably a conflict between Photo Gallery Plugin and Page Builder Plugin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply!
    I use the Virtue Page Builder and Theme.
    The photo gallery was working fine earlier.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have faced.

    Please note that we have a bug which will be corrected in our upcoming updates. For now, you can publish the Galleries in this way:

    1. Navigate to Options > General > Generate Shortcode. Click on Generate Shortcode. Select the needed settings, gallery and generate shortcode. Afterwards, copy the shortcode and paste it in your post or page.

    This is a temporary issue, which will be fixed very soon.
