I purchased GridKit based on this demo: https://wpsofts.com/grid-kit-demo/gallery-with-map-popup/#gkit-popup
When you click the magnifying glass for a gallery item, a map appears showing the item’s location.
However, when I following the documentation, it looks like I can either create a Image item OR a Map item…but not a gallery item that has both. (you can see this on my site link I’ve shared – 1st item is a “map” item, the rest are “image” items)
I’m sure I’m just missing a step, but I’ve tried everything.
    help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You’re using the default MAP icon, instead use “Custom” thumbnail for that MAP item.

    1. When you add a new MAP element, after entering the coordinates, you can see an option called “Custom thumbnail”. Hit the Choose button and select the picture you want to showcase in the layout.

    2. Already added elements could be edited as well. In the gallery composer click on the picture for the MAP element, then you’ll see “Custom thumbnail” option in the popup. Tap on the Choose button and select the picture you want.
