Gallery will not open

In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > Permalinks and just hit save (don’t change anything) then try again

Ok I’ve isolated the plugin that is causing the issue. It’s Unyson (Unyson – A free drag & drop framework that comes with a bunch of built in extensions that will help you develop premium themes fast & easy) and I have to have it for my website and theme to function correctly.

Is there any workaround or suggests on how to make this work?

You can try enabling error logging to see if there are any specific errors being displayed. Otherwise it sounds like there is some kind of conflict between the two, hard to say which side needs to make an adjustment without knowing what the real cause is.

I’m having this same issue. One gallery will open and then the other will not. I’ve deactivated all my plugins. Nothing is fixing it. Don’t want to purchase plugin if it’s not going to work.

Can you try changing your settings in Sunshine > Settings > General > URLs. Can you remove any customizations you have put in the Endpoint settings and try again.

I have no URL customizations

Have you tried disabling Sunshine and use a default WordPress theme, resetting your permalinks (Settings > Permalinks and just save, don’t change anything), then try again. It is possible there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin causing the problem.
