Gallery thumbnails not appearing but main image is

  • Hi there,

    trying to implement the Shop WP Pro plugin using the Divi theme. Can you help with this – the featured image appears but not the gallery thumbnails, am I using the shortcode correctly?

    [wps_products_gallery title=”The Product Title”]

    Also the dropzone buy button renders the title, content etcas well as the buy button. Is there a way to turn that off?. I just want the buy button in the div container.

    @doublemarvellouscork Hoping to have a fix soon. Are you using Elementor to display the images by chance?

    Have you tried using the [wps_products_buy_button] shortcode?

    Also, do the thumbs show if you use the main [wps_products] shortcode?

    No, no Elementor

    Yes the product shortcode I am using is:
    [wps_products_buy_button title=”The Product Title”]

    The main thumbnail appears for each but the gallery does not

    Hate to bother you , but is there any update on this one? If this functionality is not working for the forseeable I would need to create some sort of workaround

    Hey, apologies for the delay.

    I still plan on fixing this, but I need to wait until the new Data Sync feature is done. I’m working on this full time right now.

    I hope to have it done in a couple weeks, and then I can update this.
