I am using the non Pro version of Envira with Astra.

My gallery settings are configured to show a row height of 300 pixels. The image size is set to ‘original image’. The original image size in my WordPress media gallery is approx 2000 x 1600 pixels.

I am happy with the visual quality when I click on an image to show the pop up box in the lightroom, but I find the thumbnails displayed on the page are quite large but of poor quality. It is as though your plugin has called up it’s image from a thumbnail that has a smal pixel count. Can I change this?

    Thanks, Sarah

  • Hi @sarahcallan

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for the trouble.

Do you happen to have a new page where the gallery resides? I’d be happy to take a look for you. On my end, I’m not seeing one of our Envira Galleries on the URL provided.

Looking forward to getting this resolved!

    Hi @bmilligan15

Thanks very much for your message.

I really needed to get on with building my gallery, so decided to try a new gallery yesterday, which will be why you can no longer see an Envira Gallery on the URL I gave you. I guess that is the price I pay for working on a weekend!

I really liked the functionality of your plugin, so if I come back to it, I will be in touch to try to resolve the thumbnail issue.

    Thank you,
    Sarah
