Gallery Tab Missing in Add an Image Window

    Weird thing I can’t figure out.
    Using WP 3.2.1 with IE browser on XP os
    Theme= twenty eleven 1.2
    Website= mcphersonvisionsinwood.com
    Plugins Installed= WP Photo Album Plus, Photospace
    I’ve added several posts and successfully inserted images to galleries within a post, but now for some reason the “Gallery (#)” tab normally viewable in the “add an image” is no longer there. I can see it when I open the other posts, but with new ones, it’s just not there. I’ve looked at everything and can’t seem to see that I’m doing anything different. Any ideas. Seems like it could be a WP 3.2.1 bug.
