Gallery still public after specifying new users

  • Hi!

    I’m having some issues. I created a gallery, and I specified that I wanted only users to be able to view this (with username and password). I created the username and password with wordpress. I selected that user, but now when I visit the site on another browser, the gallery is still public.

    Here are my settings:

    My reason for using the “user” option is so clients can select their favorite photos. I understand after watching the video that you cannot favorite videos if you’re not signed in with an account.

    **Update.

    I was able to get it working. But now, when the album name is clicked from my “Client Access” page, it generates the login page, and now its not logging in using the user’s login info.

    This is the error message I receive:

    And before you ask, yes. I’ve triple checked this user’s credentials, it is here.

    Why is this happening?

    You are using a 3rd party login plugin, so I can’t say what is going on here. Disable any plugins associated with logging in and try again.

    How are you determining that I’m using a 3rd login plugin? This is still wordpress.

    https://i.imgur.com/2t2AnaV.png – This is not the default WordPress login page which Sunshine uses. So some other plugin is being used. Are you actually on WordPress.com?

    Would it help if they access their albums through the generated client galleries instead of the “client galleries” page I created?
