Gallery status not actually updated

  • Hi Brajesh ??

    I created a Gallery with Status “Friends only”.
    Then I changed the Status to “Public”.
    When I go to the Gallery Status it says now “Public” indeed” but the Gallery is still not public visible.
    I changed this yesterday so I don’t think it’s cache related.

    Any idea?

    Hi Laurent,
    My apologies for the inconvenience.

    1. Changing the gallery status does not change the privacy of the media files. Most probably this is the reason you are not seeing the media.

    Can you please go to Gallery and bulk edit media and see if that makes the content visible?
