Client reported this just as getting ready to go live. This only happens on Firefox and not just the latest version. This is also related to the Ocean WP theme since it works fine with 2019.

On Firefox, when you first go to the site, the gallery looks great. If you got to another page, like About, and then come back to Home, the gallery images stack on top of each other. (Sometimes this doesn’t happen right away)

I have cleared the HTML and CSS caches in Settings, cleared the Thumbnail cache in the Gallery. No luck.

This is how it should look https://d.pr/free/i/vFRxZY

And this is how it looks when messed up https://d.pr/free/i/jdYXLi

I should have added that there are no console errors and all plugins, themes, WP are up to date.

    Thanks!

@savvyk, there must be something in that theme that is causing this conflict.

@steveush, please can you investigate this further

Yes, I agree @bradvin. Thanks for looking @steveush. Let me know if I can do anything. I can give you backend access if needed.

    Hi @savvyk,

I believe this will require a small change to the JS of the plugin. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with you sending across any details on these forums. Could you please navigate to our website https://fooplugins.com/support/, select FooGallery PRO from the drop down and fill in all the * required fields. For the Ticket Subject field please put Att. Steve or something of the like. We can then take it from there.

    Thanks
    Steve

For any users viewing this thread with a similar issue and looking for a resolution, the fix required a JS update to the plugin. This change will be included in the next release of FooGallery.

It appears I’m having this issue also, or similar. It’s also happening in Chrome not just Firefox.

What exactly is the fix? Or at least some info/explanation on the issue here, in case it has a similar root cause.

Has the update been pushed yet? When is it expected?

    Edit:

Never mind, my issue may be different. It relates to editing the album-stack.php template file, and somehow the JS in that file does not like seemingly innocuous additions (not alteration to the existing), messing up or somehow resulting in the absolutely positioned <li> image elements just stacking on top of each other.

It happens in all browsers, with no errors, making troubleshooting very difficult. Also with Futurio theme and default WordPress 2020 theme. I am also using the Elementor page builder which I need to exclude.

However, will do some more troubleshooting and open another thread.
