Gallery Solution Recommendations

I prefer the Flickr method myself, but if you wanna keep it all in-house, try out this Gallery2 plugin for WordPress.

I’ll personally be attempting to use the Gallery2 plugin on the next version of my blog.

I’ve used https://www.zenphoto.org a couple of times now and integrated it into WordPress.

It has some WordPress specific themes already, and neat plugins for displaying/posting images from your gallery into WordPress – see https://simbul.bzaar.net/zenpress/ for a good example of this.

It’s great, really flexible, but a littly tricky at times as it’s still in beta – so only worth using if you’re ok with this.

Easily customise and used pages ??

Although I respect all of the efforts put forth in the creation of a great gallery plugin, the one I heartily recommend is the Lazy-K gallery.

It is very well written, easy to configure and integrates well into a site. Absolutely bitchin.

lazy k is what I am using now. However, wish people could comment on each photo

Looks likes everyone enjoys Lazy k! Gallery2 looks sophisticated, but from what I hear lazy is easier to get running.

Is that what most others feel?

I think I’ll give lazy a try first.
