Gallery slideshow freezes on first image

    Hello,

    I’ve found a very strange behavior when clicking on thumbnail and entering slideshow mode, there is always first image frozen in the background. And the worst thing is that when the images are not the same size, it’s too visible. Plus when the next image is loading the frozen one is displayed.

    It is very bad for the user experience.

    To insert a gallery I used all the default settings. And tested both on Mozilla and Safari, the behavior is the same.

    @mallvina – Please provide a link to an inserted display where you are seeing this so we can get a first-hand look. I suspect there is another active plugin or your current theme is adding this “frozen” image although without seeing it I cannot be certain.

    @mallvina – I’m not seeing any issues with that URL aside from two different Lightbox effects being triggered which may eventually create problems.

    I would suggest turning off one of the Lightbox effects if possible, to turn off the NextGEN Gallery one you can go under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects.
