Gallery showing more photos than I selected

  • Hello, I created a second photo gallery. I uploaded the photos to a subfolder in the wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery / folder, to help keep images organized. When I preview the gallery, it shows only the images in the subfolder. But when I publish it and insert it in a page, it also shows the images in the photo-gallery folder. I’ve tried a number of different layouts — blog, masonry, etc.

    Any ideas why this is happening, and how to fix it? Would tags help?

    Hi @harryllama2 ,

    Would you please provide more details on the case such as the number of photos you have in the sub folder ?
    Also please let us know if you have tried to upload/add the images to the gallery through the gallery editor itself rather than uploading them directly to the subfolder.

    Additionally it would be great to have a screenshot of your published gallery settings.
