Gallery showing broken image/link

    Our gallery is showing a red broken image/link. When I log in to fix it, everything looks correct and when I preview my changes it is correct and working perfectly. I have no idea what can be wrong. I did have several people look at the site and they are also
    seeing the error.

    Please try to check gallery cache. Just turn off gallery cache, temporary and try to refresh page with gallery.
    Another option try to re-load images to the gallery, make sure that you have correct image files without spacing and any special characters. In some cases files with filenames which complicated by such elements could work incorrect in wordpress media manager.
