[gallery] shortcode no longer validates

running a standard wordpress site with [gallery] shortcode used in posts shows that it no longer validates under html5 parameters.

apparently, because it uses definition list <dl>, it is required to have both term <dt> and definition <dd>, and is currently missing instances of <dd>. the <dd> is used when a non-required caption is added to a gallery file. i can think of a few work arounds for it, but as it is, it does not validate.

(has nothing to do with the previously mentioned <style> in the body, which is fixed with plug-ins, but should also be fixed in future builds)
