    Is it possible to configure gallery shortcode to modify menu on front end? For example define ID’s of the gallery items in shortcode which should be published in gallery menu on top of the thumbnails.

    Sorry, current gallery version do not support such functionality, but we have plans to implement such functionality in future gallery releases.
