Any answer to this yet? I need to launch a website and the ability to manage galleries is an important part of it.

Thank you. I turned off all plugins and that did not help. I reinstalled
NextGen and that did not help.

Yes I did and it has the same problem. If I buy the pro version will that solve the problem?

@stant Design – NextGEN Pro extends the functionality of NextGEN Gallery, it is not designed in any fashion to correct any issues that may be found in NextGEN Gallery itself.

Please send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.
