    @buszmean – Have you tried the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options?

    Have you also checked for possible conflicts with other active plugins, or your current theme?

    yes i’ve deactived all plugins but it didn’t help. Reset option as well.

    I’ve noticed that the problem occurs when i save settings. In other words, when i reset all options everything seems to be ok until i’ll change some settings and save it. Then i’ve got blank pages in gallery settings.

    @buszmean – There may still be something the Reset Option is not able to sort out and you may need our external Reset Tool to fix things.

    Can you submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) and let us know you are looking for the external Reset Tool so we can have a quick look at your site and send that plugin to you.

    This is happening to me either, from 2-3 days.
    THIS, plus all galleries disappearing with “gallery not found error”.

    I had to downgrade 23 websites from “NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati 2.0.66” to “NextGEN Gallery – 1.9.13”

    After downgrade, they started to display their galleries back.
    But I can’t upgrade or they disappear in all websites.

    Please help because this is quite severe.

    @Elan42.com – It would appear you also submitted a Bug Report for your issue (which also appears to be different from the OP) and our support team was able to log in and press the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options.

    This appears to have sorted out the issue(s) you were seeing, if you find any more concerns please start a new topic in the forums here or send us a new Bug Report.

    I confirm that “reset options” button resolve this problem, if you have it.

    All current releases of NextGEN Gallery now have the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options … please ensure you are staying current if you do not see this option.
