gallery scroll is lagging

  • Hello,
    i have a problem with scrolling up or down in the gallery. It is not very responsive. Meaning, from the moment that i scroll up or down with the mouse scroll button, the actual scroll of the gallery in the monitor is shown around half of second later (and sometimes even 1 second). This happens all the time, even when the gallery is fully loaded. This happens only with the envira gallery. I tried other galleries and they scroll in the same time that i scroll with the mouse. I have a gamer pc so pc speed is not the problem.
    What can i do about it? It is really annoying…

    Hi, that feature was enabled. I tried to disable it and re-checked. The problem is still there….

    Can you also turn off the CSS Animations? I’m seeing that the page is weighing in at almost 5Mb that could be causing the slowness too based on size of the gallery and images.

    But other than the slow loading, I’m not seeing any other issues with the page? I don’t get a lagging when scrolling once the page has loaded.

    Can you enable the cropped images to reduce the load of the page? If you have the premium plugin, I would also recommend using the Pagination Addon to break the gallery up into smaller chunks.

    If you’re still experiencing a lag in scrolling, can you please open up a support ticket?
