Gallery rating and comments not adding up properly

I just tested it with this photo:

Could it be that settings was changed, and/or you installed the latest update AFTER November 4, 2019 2:20 PM?
I agreed with Neil that updating to 7.2.12 causes all pending comments and pending ratings are approved / published. (Note: this also happens when you run ‘Setup’ on Table VIII-A1)

Ah okay – it looks like Cynthia has left 4 ratings with the one comment?

Yes. I did some testing and it turns out that you should untick both Table IV-E2 AND E3 (Rating change, Rating multi)

Leaving rating change ticked will allow multiples. That is wrong, so I will fix that.

After updating to 7.2.13 you can decide if users may change their votes (Table IV-E2).
If the number of ratings is an importand figure, make sure Rating multi (Table IV-E3) is OFF.

I inspected the logs and all looks correct noe. Single published votes and and approved comments, from the smae users.
