Gallery Preview images missing

@mattwill93 – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

Sadly, that didn’t sort the problem :/

Any other ideas? Have you ever come across this problem before?

@mattwill93 – Are you using any sort of template with the album display? The issue you are seeing seems to be just with the album’s gallery preview images which may point to a template issue.

HI there… i was changing some my settings. I deleted some link in Settings/media it names Full URL path to files … after that i have lost my connections to my gallary and cant see the pics in it. How toreset that link that i deleted.
