• Hi

Is there an option to modify the lightbox image size. At the moment I can change the size of the thumbnails but the lightbox shows the ‘full’ version of the image. As the client is uploading very large size of the images, so I was wondering if there is an option to show the ‘large’ version of the image.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,
you can change the “large” WordPress image size from Settings->Media. Then install the Regenerate thumbnails plugin, activate it and go to Tools and then Regen. Thumbnails to run a regeneration in order for the change to be applied.
Let me know if this worked for you.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. But sorry that was not what I meant.

I am sure you know that by default WordPress has “thumbnail”, “medium”, “large” and “full” sizes for each uploaded image. The Gallery Plus shows the “full” version of the image when you click on the thumbnail. But instead of “full” version I want to show the “large” version of the image when you click.

Please let me know if you need any further clarification.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,
Gallery plus uses the default Elementor lightbox. So, you will need to adjust Elementor to show the version of the image you want.
Currently I dont know if Elementor supports that. Perhap you can open a new support thread in Elementor’s support forum and let me know if this is possible.
