Gallery plugins for pages NOT posts!

I’ve been searching for weeks now trying to find a !@#$%&! gallery or slider or carousel plugin that lets you use images from pages or galleries, NOT posts. My site is for recipes and they are static, the site has zero posts but I use a lot of images in the pages.

Isn’t there someone out there that has a plugin that’ll enable me to run it with page images??? This has really gone past frustrating. At this point I’ll settle for any stupid effect, hover, slide, carousel… I don’t care as long as it takes my images from the gallery option rather than posts.
