I am using the Free version to test. But all my clients have problems entering the gallery, when I give them a password, it returns them to the page that requires the password and does not let them enter. They only succeed after many attempts and that is frustrating. I tried it and the same thing happens to me. What I can do? Is it because in the Free version the service of setting a password for the galleries does not work well? Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is being caused by caching either from a cache plugin or your web host. Learn more here: https://www.sunshinephotocart.com/docs/caching/

After you installed, you likely saw a little notice talking about caching in your WordPress admin. It looked like this: https://share.cleanshot.com/chtmY7XP – this was trying to warn you about this issue.

Thanks a lot ! The problem was already solved by excluding the url from the cache. One more question if possible… is there a way for the show password eye to appear?

    Glad you got that resolved.

I think you mean an icon in the password field so you can see the password that has been typed? If so, that is not a default browser functionality and would need to be added – I will consider it, but would be quite low priority.

Here I am again… another error arose, clients enter the gallery perfectly, they register and when they go to select the favorites, from their cell phone, they get a red ERROR sign. Does it ever happen to you? Could it be that removing the /gallery-client/* hunt broke the favorites thing too?
sorry for my english I use the translator

If you are seeing a red error sign, I recommend enabling error logging: https://www.sunshinephotocart.com/docs/enabling-error-logging/

This will start adding any PHP errors to a log file which may give us clues as to what is not working properly.
