    Hi, I have created my gallery slideshow but don’t get why the pictures are not in order. I have them numbered in the correct order under the manage slides area but they are all not correct when i check the site. Also I thought the slideshow would just move automatically when I don’t even click on it but it only moves across when I put my mouse on the arrows to the left or right? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    There are several ways to order slides in the Slideshow Gallery plugin, depending on which shortcode you’re using.

    1. If you’re using images from a post/page… you can drag/drop the images in the media library to order the slides.

    2. If you’re using just [slideshow] you can go to Slideshow > Manage Slides and click the “Order Slides” button at the top to order all slides.

    3. If you’re using [slideshow gallery_id=X] to show the slides of a gallery, you can go to Slideshow > Manage Galleries and click “Order Slides” link below that specific gallery to order the slides inside that gallery.

    Having no luck, I have added the slides and when I go to manage slides the order is correct but when I go to view it on the site it doesn’t work. I even deleted all pictures and redid it and it happened again.

    Since it is a gallery shortcode, you should go to Slideshow > Manage Galleries and for the gallery with ID 1, click the “Order Slides” link below it to order the slides inside that gallery.
