Gallery only shows 3 images

There is a problem with the latest version, it is not responsive and the images are not visible on mobile devices

There are a LOT of problem with the latest version ! I wrote to the support team, they answer the first time, then no answer since 10 days. I asked for refund.

I’m having the same problem. Only 3 images showing no matter what I try–portfolio, product catalog or whatever. A 3-item product catalog isn’t very helpful, sigh. Got several replies from vendor yesterday, just sent them a link to this thread so they could see others having the same type of problem. Hopefully, they’ll see it.

They did ask what version of the plugin I was using. 1.8.22 is what I have (got it from WordPress). Is that the latest version of this plugin? I don’t see a way to download the free version from the developer’s website….

Whoa! I just stumbled across something…I have several themes loaded so I decided to try different themes and lo and behold I ran across a theme that showed all the items in my product catalog. The theme that’s working for me is Pocono. Some of the ones that aren’t working are Olsen Light, Dashy and Blogger’s Magazinely. Maybe some of you code warriors can pick these themes apart and figure out why Pocono works but the others don’t?

We are having the exact same issue after an upgrade to WordPress. Only three photos are showing in the “gallery view”. This is of course very problematic! Has anyone had luck reaching the support team?

If you’re using Free version, then update the plugin to v1.8.23, otherwise v1.8.47. In case you face any issues, please report it either here or send an email to [email protected]
