No worries! Those are called bullet points or dot navigation (for future reference) ??
By default, those are coming from the theme functionalities/design and not from WooCommerce itself, and that would require quite a bit of additional coding. Please kindly note that this requires some custom coding – which goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.
